Following recommendation from a previous customer (see here for more information) we were asked to supply a design for this bathroom.  Although this room contained a delightful banana suite (Sunshine Yellow I think someone once named it!) we suggested altering the layout

We moved the WC, basin and bath around to allow us to install a shower screen above the bath - something which was impossible due to the fall of the stairs encroaching on this downstairs bathroom.

We suggested a showering bath with new high power electric shower and vanity units to provide much needed storage.  We also squared off the ceiling line where the stairs fell to tidy things up a little and allow us to install cladding and spotlights.

Once again, a completely different room - our customer is very pleased with the result and allowed us to continue with the cloakroom renovation!

From start to finish the job included:

• Removal of the existing suite, wall & floor covering
• Squaring off the ceiling including framing and boarding
• Installation of PVC ceiling cladding
• Installation of 4 * IPX4 SELV chrome down-lighters and an extractor fan
• Re-wiring including installation of an RCD protected consumer unit and new supplies for the electric shower (Mira Sport Max 10.8Kw) and under-tile heating
• Re-plumbing including moving the WC, basin and bath around to their new locations
• Walls fully tiled (ceramic tiles)
• Floor fully tiled (granite like hi-tec composite tiles) including installation of Warmup under-tile heating system
• Installation of the new bathroom suite including p-bath showering bath, screen, panel, vanity units as per the pictures including semi-recessed basin and concealed cistern WC, towel radiator and accessories
