This is our third house in the same street!  Having been recommended by previous customers (see here and here) we were invited to provide a quotation for the addition of a cloakroom WC to the upstairs of the property.

A handy addition meaning no more trips to the only downstairs WC during the night ever again!

AWI designed, supplied, specified and installed this bathroom.

From start to finish the job included:

• Framing, insulating, plaster-boarding and plastering of a dividing wall in the hot water cylinder cupboard (accessible through the left hand door)
• Opening up of a door way through to the landing including installation of a door casing and hanging of a new door (we actually replaced all 3 doors upstairs whilst on site - an additional service requested by our homeowners)
• Provision of drainage, hot/cold water and central heating services to the room
• Provision of lighting and ventilation to the room
• Installation of a WC, cloakroom basin and towel radiator
• Room fully plastered out ready to receive decoration
• Installation of skirting boards and architraves
• Organisation of building control application (addition of a new WC facility to a property is subject to BC approval)
