The upstairs bathroom of an old property, this room was in need of renovation.  Our customer wanted to retain a period feel to the room and as such, the items chosen are traditional in appearance yet modern in functionality.

We are presently working on the shower room within the same property to check back for the details of that room.

AWI helped design, specified, supplied and installed this bathroom.

From start to finish the job included:

• Removal of the existing suite, wall & floor covering
• Skimming of all walls to be painted
• Re-wiring to replace the central light fitting with a bathroom compliant fitting
• Re-plumbing as required to support the new layout including addition of a shower and reversing of the bath
• Construction of a wooden bath panel to be tiled
• Walls partly tiled (ceramic tiles) including tiled bath panel
• Installation of Bamboo flooring including new skirting boards on the painted walls
• Painting of the ceiling
• Painting of the walls
• Glossing of the new woodwork and door (the door in the pictures had only been undercoated and is now fully white!)
• Installation of the new bathroom suite including bath, shower screen, thermostatic shower, basin/pedestal, WC, towel radiator and accessories
