| Heys Court, Blackburn - Main
Bathroom Following installation of the cloakroom WC, we
were asked to continue with the main bathroom.
Our customer felt the old room was cramped, the tiles had failed
and the grouting was black - definitely in need of a facelift.
To cure the cramped feeling, we suggested a wall hung basin with
semi-pedestal to open up the floor space and a corner WC with the
pipe-work concealed within the wall. Lastly, removal of the
electric shower and replacement with a thermostatic model fed from
the combi-boiler mounted over a shower bath offered them a great
showering solution.
AWI designed, specified, supplied and installed this bathroom.
The before pictures in this job are of poor quality. Once
again, our illustrious cameraman made a mistake - not bringing the

final warning and we can only apologise on his behalf.

- Removal of the existing suite, wall & floor
coverings

fan ducted outside
