Having been recommended by a neighbour who's bathroom we had completed in the past (see here for more information), we were subsequently asked to renovate this bathroom. 

Our customer wanted to brighten this tired bathroom and add a few luxuries along the way including under-floor heating and a nice double ended bath.

We think the result is stunning, luxurious and warm with a feel of quality oozed by the fitments.

AWI part-supplied and installed this bathroom.

From start to finish the job included:

• Removal of the existing suite, wall & floor coverings
• Re-wiring to move the shower switch from the ceiling to the airing cupboard; removal of the lighting pull cord and replacement with a switch outside the room; addition of a lighting point for the lit mirror; addition of a new supply to provide for the under-floor heating
• Re-plumbing as required to support the new layout including moving the basin, WC and radiator
• Re-skimming of the ceiling (the condition of the old ceiling was very poor once the timber cladding was removed)
• Installation of 4 * 35w SELV halogen spot lights
• Installation of a chrome effect remote-motor extractor fan ducted outside
• Walls fully tiled (ceramic tiles)
• Floor fully tiled (porcelain tiles) including installation of Warmup electric under-floor heating
• Installation of the new bathroom suite including bath with wall mounted taps, shower screen, re-installation of the old electric shower, basin & pedestal, WC, towel rail and accessories
