We were asked to renovate the master en-suite in this property - our customer had numerous previous experiences with novice bathroom installers having had problems with the tiling and installation work in each of the other bathrooms.  We were entrusted following recommendation from one of our previous customers - see here for more information.

AWI installed this bathroom, design, specification and supply was taken care of by our customer.

From start to finish the job included:

• Removal of the existing suite, wall & floor covering
• Over-boarding of the ceiling, skimming and painting with a suitable kitchen/bathroom paint
• Replacement of the damaged chipboard flooring with new materials (flooring to be installed later)
• Construction of the shower area including the stand, installation of the tray and construction of a partial height wall as pictured
• Installation of a 4" remote motor fan
• Re-plumbing as required to support the new layout including provision for double sinks
• Walls fully tiled (travertine tiles) including mosaic border and mosaic splash in shower
• Installation of the new bathroom suite including shower column, curtain/pole, wall hung platform with bowls on top, towel radiator, WC and accessories
