Yet another tired old coloured suite which we had the pleasure of removing.  AWI were contacted following recommendation from others to renovate this bathroom and asked to facelift the room, if possible add a separate shower, replace the bath with something bigger and more usable (hence we specified a wider, deeper and double-ended (taps in the middle) bath to allow greater freedom) and add some storage.

AWI designed, specified, supplied and installed this bathroom.

From start to finish the job included:

• Removal of the existing suite, wall and floor covering
• Re-wiring to upgrade the existing electric shower circuit to cope with the high power 10.8Kw Aspirante shower; addition of a protected supply for the under-floor heating
• Preparation of the walls including re-dry-lining
• Re-plumbing as required to support the new layout
• Installation of PVC ceiling cladding
• Installation of a 8 * IPx4 mains voltage halogen down-lighters
• Installation of a chrome remote motor extractor fan ducted outside
• Walls fully tiled (ceramic tiles)
• Floor fully tiled (large format porcelain tiles laid brick-bond) including installation of Warmup under-floor heating system
• Installation of the new bathroom suite including bow fronted bath, Merlyn Vivid quadrant enclosure, Triton Aspirante remote-pack electric shower (the main part of the shower "the white box" is located remotely (under the bath in this case) leaving an elegant appearance within the shower, vanity unit with moulded sink top, WC, towel rail and accessories
