A longstanding client who we have done various plumbing works for and smaller renovations to one of the other en-suites in the property we were asked back to provide a design for this en-suite.

Our client had many ideas and had already done their research and designed what they thought would work best and after much deliberation we settled on the final layout for the room which includes a large wet-area, Utopia wall hung vanity basin and concealed cistern WC (inside which is hidden the necessary Saniflo due to the drain locations).

Our client selected some stunning tiles and we and our customer are really pleased with the final outcome of the room.

AWI helped design, specified, supplied & installed this bathroom.

From start to finish the job included:

• Removal of the existing suite, wall & floor covering
• Construction of the wet-area
• Ceiling skimmed flat then painted with 2 coats kitchen/bathroom paint
• Walls which would not be tiled skimmed flat then painted with 2 coats kitchen/bathroom paint
• Installation of 3 * IPX4 SELV down-lighters
• Walls partly tiled (ceramic tiles)
• Floor fully tiled (porcelain tiles)
• Installation of the new bathroom suite including walk in shower with thermostatic shower, WC, wall hung basin, and chrome towel rail
