A small bathroom and rather dark due to it's central location within the house.  The previous owners had inflicted some interesting ideas on the room including painting the tiles a nice dull shade of grey and putting a perspex suspended ceiling up with flourescent lighting behind - very 70s office style.

A new white suite, bright tiles and a good selection of fixtures have really lifted this bathroom leaving it and homeowner much happier.

AWI designed, part supplied and installed this bathroom.

From start to finish the job included:

• Removal of the existing suite, wall and floor covering
• Removal of the suspended ceiling
• Preparation of the walls including re-dry-lining
• Construction of a new airing cupboard door to replace the old louvre doors
• Re-plumbing as required to support the new layout
• Installation of PVC ceiling cladding
• Installation of a 4 * IPx4 mains voltage halogen down-lighters
• Installation of a chrome remote motor extractor fan ducted outside
• Walls fully tiled (ceramic tiles)
• Floor fully tiled (porcelain tiles)
• Installation of the new bathroom suite including bath, shower, shower screen, basin & pedestal, WC, heated towel rail and accessories
