Having already completed the main bathroom for this customer (see here for more information) we were invited to continue renovation work with the master en-suite bathroom.

Our customer designed this bathroom themselves with some assistance from ourselves and an external supplier.  Using one of the largest tiles available at 1m (3'3") * 30cm (1') the tiles in this room require special handling and cutting equipment though they serve to create a seamless look to the room, appearing more like sheets of tiled material rather than lots of tiles.

AWI installed this bathroom.

From start to finish the job included:

• Removal of the existing suite, wall & floor coverings
• Re-wiring including addition of a lit mirror point
• Re-plumbing as required to support the new layout
• Installation of 3 * 50w SELV halogen spot lights including patching of the old holes (the client will have the ceiling renovated and decorated in the near future)
• Construction of a small stud wall to allow for a larger shower enclosure to be installed
• Walls fully tiled (ceramic tiles)
• Floor fully tiled (porcelain tiles)
• Installation of the new bathroom suite including shower enclosure with thermostatic shower, basin/semi-pedestal, WC, towel radiator and accessories
