Having completed the main bathroom (see here) and the master en-suite bathroom (see here), we were again asked to continue the renovation work with the final en-suite bathroom. 

This room had suffered water damage to the ceiling due to a leaking roof.  Our home-owner had the roof repaired, and we replaced the plasterboard and then used PVC ceiling cladding to ensure that the high moisture content within this room (due to poor airflow) would not have a similar effect of damaging the ceiling again.

AWI installed this bathroom.

From start to finish the job included:

• Removal of the existing suite, wall & floor coverings
• Removal of the ceiling plaster-board, repair to the timberwork and installation of new plasterboard
• Re-plumbing as required to support the new layout
• Installation of PVC ceiling cladding
• Installation of 3 * 50w SELV halogen spot lights
• Walls fully tiled (porcelain tiles)
• Floor fully tiled (porcelain tiles)
• Installation of the new bathroom suite including shower enclosure with thermostatic shower, basin/semi-pedestal, WC, towel radiator and accessories
