Just a few words to say thank you for the work you have just completed on both our main and en-suite bathrooms.  Both Pauline and I are delighted with the work and the final outcome of both rooms.  From start to finish everything has gone to plan, you came when you said you would, gave advice and ideas when needed and completed the work on time and on budget.

It is refreshing in this day and age to deal with someone who cares about the customer and the job he is doing.  Finally I would like to say I have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone in the future.  Good luck with the business and thanks again.
