Dear Andrew and Steve,

We would like to thank both of you for the completion of our bathroom and converting a separate bathroom and toilet into one big room. What a difference it makes to the space we had by taking the partition wall down. We now have a bright and thanks to the dimmer switch the option of a softly lit relaxing room.

We wish to convey our praise at the good management skills and your ability to do the job having only visited us once on a dark October night having taken a quick look at what we had. You came up with useful suggestions. We were amazed that following this one visit you were able to turn up some nine months to the exact day that you had scheduled with all the bits to do the job.

We must also praise you on the ability to be met each day with a list of questions and small extra requests which Sue presented you with i.e. the dimmer switch and outside tap on the bathroom wall (rinsing the conservatory glass roof), it works a treat.

May we thank you both for all of your hard work, punctuality, minimum distribution and cleaning up behind you each day. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to any prospective clients.
