OK so the 5th floor of an apartment block in central Manchester is hardly the ideal logistical bathroom fit we have ever done but that just makes it all the more interesting!

This client came to us following recommendation from another of our existing clients which speaks volumes about the service and quality of work we provide.

A couple of things were important to our client - clean lines with storage facilities, oh and an amazing, stunning chromatherapy whirlpool bath too!

We provided a layout design for the room using a standard bath fit with Biojet 6-jet whirlpool and tranquility lighting system which provides chromatherapy style lighting throughout the bath.

A plain tile was accented with a black "rose" style tile and lastly white quartz tiles on the floor give this room a real feel of luxury yet simplicity.

We and our client are really pleased with the room - especially that amazing bath.

AWI designed, specified, supplied & installed this bathroom.

From start to finish the job included:

• Removal of the existing suite, wall & floor covering
• Lowering of the ceiling by 100mm to allow downlighters to be installed
• Ceiling skimmed and painted with 3 coats kitchen/bathroom paint
• Installation of 4 * IPX4 SELV down-lighters & replacement of the existing extractor fan
• Installation of vanity units as depicted
• Walls fully tiled (ceramic tiles)
• Floor fully tiled (quartz tiles)
• Installation of the new bathroom suite including whirlpool bath with electric shower above and Manhattan Swiftseal M3 Shower screen, WC & basin
